Shipping and Cut-off Time
We always aim to ship stock orders on the same day we receive them. As each courier company has a different collection time from our warehouse it it important to note the following cutoff times for SAME-DAY shipping: 

Monday to Friday: 3.00pm 
Saturday: 12.00nn
Sunday & Public Holiday: Closed
* Shipping cost estimation can be acquired from your shopping cart during checkout.
* We highly encourage our customer to group their items in one order to save shipping cost.

If an items has sold out prior to being processed we will notify the customer immediately with an estimated date when the item is expected back into stock or issue a full refund. 
All postage delivery services offered on our website include online track & trace. This means you can track your package from the time it leaves out warehouse until it is delivered to and signed by you. However, it will take some time (usually within 1 working day) for the tracking number to appear in the system. On the day when your order is being shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. You may then check the tracking number from your MYRCMALL account control panel.
We are not able to ship on Sunday & Public Holidays.
*The above time for delivery is listed as a guideline only. Actual delivery time may vary based on the item. The guideline above takes into consideration the processing of your order, verification, packaging, preparation and pick up. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Delivery & Packaging
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with the selected courier services during your checkout. Tracking no will be provided once your order has been shipped (e-mail notification) or you may view it at the control panel. It usually takes 1-3 working days for the courier to reach your place. Please do contact us if you have any special instructions regarding packing & delivery.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your package will be dispatched with special care to ensure it reach your in good condition. We will always double check the items before sending out your order.
All items send to you are checked and tested thoroughly in working condition before despatching. Thus all items sold/sent are non-refundable and no warranty is provided unless stated otherwise. Myrcmall Solution reserves the right to alter and apply the shipping & refund policy at our absolute discretion.
