Q1: Do you have a physical store? 
A: No. Myrcmall is fully online operated.
 
Q2: Can I pick up goods from your warehouse?
A: Pick up is not available from the warehouse.

Q3: I’ve just received the tracking info, but Pos Laju / City-Link Express says the tracking number is invalid?
A: It normally takes 6-12 hours before tracking information reaches the Pos Laju / City-Link Express tracking system. 

Q4: What is your daily shipping cut-off time?
A: 3.30PM (Monday- Friday), 11.00AM (Saturday), we cannot ship on Sunday and Public Holiday.

Q5: What time will you update my order tracking no?
A: Normally after 7.00PM, once order shipped. You will receive an email notification update with tracking number. Alternatively, you can also locate the tracking number under My accountMy orders.


Q6: It has been few working days since I placed my order, why hasn’t my item been dispatched?
A: In most cases we ship within 1 or 2 days of receiving a paid order. Occasionally, some backorder or out of stock items may require 7-10 days before we can dispatch your item in which we will send out notification. Additionally, there may be also delay due to Public Holiday or peak holiday season.
 
Q7: I received my shipment notification email few days ago, but where is my item?
A: Please track your parcel at respective courier service website. It is very likely there was an attempt to deliver your parcel, but no one was present to sign for it. In most case a card would have been left for you, and you are able to collect the parcel from the specified courier service office.

Q8: What is Pre-order?
A: These are items that require B2B (back-to-back) order from factory and a certain amount of deposit (20% of product price ) is needed for Pre-order. All deposits received on confirmation are non-refundable. However, in certain case whereby Myrcamll Hobby failed to deliver the product based on the pre-agreed delivery time frame, a full refund of deposit can be arranged upon request.

Q9: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept online funds transfer, cash deposit and PayPal.


Technical section:

Q1: Do you test my product before shipping?
A: Yes we do, this apply for RTF (Ready to Fly) / RTR (Ready to Run) / BNF (Bind N Fly) products. We try our very best to test each complete set (RC Heli,RC Quadcopter,RC Car,RC Boat,RC Plane) prior shipping to minimize DOA issue (Dead on Arrival). We understood and hate DOA product as much as you do and we are committed to test the product regardless it's market value. Our main focus area consist of testing critical components such as motor,servo,receiver and transmitter.

Please note that all items that contain electronic parts are tested to make sure they are working properly before we ship them to our customers. Therefore, you will find that the packing of product might have been opened previously and re-packed.

Q2: I notice my RC heli / plane does not fly right out from the box?
You may check the servo, linkages, swashplate and settings (Trasnmitter). Although pretty stable, most RC products still require some minor tuning/trimming out from the box. Each user may have their own set of rules when it comes to setting, there is no best setting that suit everyone. General speaking it is almost impossible to achieve a perfect trim.

Q3: I am new to RC heli, would you recommend me a suitable model?
A: For first timer, we strongly recommend one to start with 3 channel or 4 channel model at most to familiarize with the control. Please be advised a 6 channel heli is not beginner friendly and could be dangerous if not well handled.
